Back in the day, when multipl lines were needed for HD DVR's (think 921's) we had to set up the house with multiple accounts (couldn't get new wire from one end to the other- big/old house). Now with the new system, we can use the existing cabeling.. Everytime I call in to get a tech visit, the Dish CSR instsits it can't be done, or want's to set up ANOTHER account.
