MANY HD CHANNELS GONE ON 72 WEST?

TNT, Bravo, all ESPNs, TBS, BBC, AMC, HISTORY, and many other HD channels all gone from 72 west. Where do I find them on HD again? I only have 72 and 77. I get them on SD which is horrible. Need to get them on HD. Any advise?
