Been a while since I have been on here since I left Dish for 2 years but decided to come back. Today I called and was told that I had over $300 up front cost for Hopper 3 and that I was Tier 3 on the qualification process.
I don't understand this at all. I have 850+ credit, never missed a payment when I was with Dish for over 5 years when I had them, and never had an issue.
Am I being punished for leaving for 2 years? There is no way I should be Tier 3 out of 4. The supervisor...
