Can't delete DVR items from Web site? ...

This has been going in for a long time. When I'm on the Web site (Dish Anywhere), I can click to delete a single episode or an entire series. But it almost never works. It looks like it is deleted for a moment. Then the page reloads and the item is there again.

I have no issues deleting items from the DVR using the remote and the TV.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance,
