Been holding on to my 722K for many years and has served us well. Have held off upgrading to Hoppers due to (perceived?) increase in monthly cost.

Have been exploring an upgrade (Hopper+Joey) lately. Have been a sub since '97. Wanting to confirm what my monthly increase would be. For some reason I had always assumed it would be an additional $22/mon ($15 Hopper + $7 joey).

But I didn't realize that the $15 Hopper charge was the same thing as the DVR charge. I currently am paying a...

Hello. I have a 1000.4 dish tripod mounted which has been used for about 9 years when we are in our RV. I use a VIP 211K. Up until this year in the same location I never had a problem at a campground near our house. (30 miles) away. I would set up and peak to the EA birds, all was well, would get the Pittsburgh locals.

Now this year despite peaking and running check switch, which shows good signal on all 3 birds, on the lower channels including locals I get total or partial loss of signal...

So,
I was looking for a streamer to use as a supplement to the Hopper for when we are traveling and other occassions (ESPN+, Bellator, others).

Everything I read lead me to the Roku first.
Alsa, didn't find out until I got a Roku,
The Roku does NOT support dishanywhere.
And some streaming websites (with apps) are not supported by Roku.

A bit more research,
Firestick supports dishanywhere.
AND
Firestick has webbrowser apps which allow streaming directly from websites.

Is the AirTV still the better dual OTA adapter for the Hopper3? If so, can someone please repost the link to the correct one? (I can't find it in the archives this morning.) I'm really tired of "No signal found" so it's time to break down and buy a new adapter.

One of the reasons I left DirecTV was for Epix, which appears like it will never come to DirecTV, but now Dish doesn't have HBO or Cinemax. I'd like to have all the premium networks out there, but it seems as if I traded the really good HBO and Cinemax for the okay Epix. Do you guys think they will eventually come back, or should I switch back to DirecTV?

I was pleasantly surprised this morning that AutoHop for CBS was working from last nites 60 Minutes OTA recording. Our CBS is from the St Louis area that is presently pulled from DISH so I have OTA CBS timers set. Also the St Louis CBS is restricted from using AutoHop until eight days has passed. So, I was wondering! For the SatGuy members that have discontinued the DISH locals, does your AutoHop work the next day for all the OTA PTAT programs you have recorded? If so, I may quit the...

I got a 1000.2 dish with a Western LNB today from a neighbor to use with my tripod setup. I was looking at the bracket that has the settings for the skew and elevation. What do I set these points to on the brackets?
